Claudia MacDonald has been in the fitness industry for 20 years as aerobics instructor. She is a Certified Group Power® Instructor and a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer who utilizes this model to provide clients with individual training sessions.  Her background and formal training in ballet has enabled her to implement exercise programs that promote flexibility and agility as well as total-body strength and conditioning.
