Not your traditional kickboxing program. This class combines kickboxing with full body exercises to ensure you do not miss one muscle. You’ll be tired and covered in sweat by the end of this but you will be happy when your body is a fat-burning machine as your metabolism is sure to speed up once you’re done. A safe and positive environment to let that aggression out!
