BOOT CAMP

Experience our Signature Boot Camps which challenge you both mentally and physically in order to help you obtain your fitness goals and beyond. We work on improving your cardio, balance, strength and endurance, all in a fun and exciting environment. This full body workout is led by our certified and experienced fitness coaches who will push you to your highest level and do so in a positive and motivating way. Nobody is left behind! Our Boot Camp program is run in a way that helps promote positive thinking and teamwork. We are all there to motivate each other as we push past our goals, no matter what your current fitness level.

KICKBOXING

Not your traditional kickboxing program. This class combines kickboxing with full body exercises to ensure you do not miss one muscle. You’ll be tired and covered in sweat by the end of this but you will be happy when your body is a fat-burning machine as your metabolism is sure to speed up once you’re done. A safe and positive environment to let that aggression out!

SHAPING

This 45-minute, full-body workout will get your metabolism firing, building a strong foundation of strength while increasing energy levels. It’s here that we focus on beginner/intermediate weight training in order to add lean, toned muscle. Want the science behind it? The more lean muscle on you, the more body fat burned and the better your body handles calories outside of the gym.

TRAINING FOR WARRIORS

The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program originally created for fighters by Martin Rooney more than 10 years ago.

A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges.

TFW encompasses detailed warm-ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition. The Training for Warriors program has been used by thousands of athletes (NFL, Olympic, NBA, MLB, UFC) to help them excel through their sport. TFW is not just limited to athletics, though – it is also for the weekend warrior, someone looking to get back into working out, or anybody that is looking to channel their inner warrior.

We are one of two locations in Bergen County that offer the Training for Warriors System.

HYBRID FAT LOSS

Ramp up the intensity with 45 minutes of high energy/high calorie burning meant to truly push your boundaries both physically and mentally. Classes are constantly varied as we focus on keeping your core tight, arms sexy, and legs lean while turning your body into a fat burning machine.

We choose your weapons. This class will vary often with the use of TRX, Kettlebells, Row Machines, Battle Ropes, and other fun toys.

Well let’s train together and we will match you up with one of our coaches who will create an exclusive and personalized environment designed to bring you results. NUTRITION PROGRAMS

There’s no avoiding it. What you eat affects your body and mind and goes hand in hand with your physical training. It’s one thing to try to adhere to a diet, it’s a whole different game when it’s personalized, sustainable and someone holds your hand through the entire journey to help motivate and support.

We offer completely customized Nutrition programs with our results producing Nutritionist, Marni Gliklich. She has helped our members achieve serious weight loss. Ditch the fad diets and explore our proven body changing nutritional options.

  1. Nutrition Revamping: Quick, custom dietary suggestions based on your tracking (food journal, MyFitnessPal, etc). Each week for the month, you will have a 15-minute phone call with Marni to improve upon your current nutrient intake, which will start you on your health journey. You’ll also get access to our private Facebook group for Nutrition clients.
  2. Personalized Meal Plan and Customized Nutrition Sessions: In addition to one on one in-person nutrition sessions every other week, you will also receive a customized meal plan made by Marni based on your goals and food preferences. You also have the access to menu reviews, which means if you go out to a restaurant, you can send Marni the menu and she will help you choose the healthiest option. This package also includes assessments, daily accountability by phone, text or email, nutrition related questions answered any day of the week, and access to our private Nutrition Facebook group.
  3. Food Therapy Sessions: Join our Beautiful Bodies nutritionist in our group nutritional therapy sessions where we discuss targeting weight loss goals, dropping bad eating habits, ground breaking nutritional topics and provide a supportive and positive environment to those with food struggles. These sessions will leave you feeling more confident about taking the right steps towards healthy eating and weight loss.
